Copious WWE cynics challenged the actuality of WWE's two WrestleMania Showcase matches. While the women's bout - involving Natalya and Shotzi, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, and winners Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler - failed to uphold the same majesty as its predecessor, it maintained a solid pace and flow to justifiably fend off naysayers debating its placement on the 'Mania card.
